Addition of sound plus other updates

The site has been updated in the following areas:
- By popular demand the site has been expanded to include the ability to play sound effects.
The first simulator equipped with this ability is the PDP-11/20. Switching on and off that
system will produce the familiar sound of the relays switching on and off and running fans.
Sound effects for other systems will be added when these become available.
- The display of front panels for all simulators now is based on photographic images. The
photographs were taken of equipment in the collection of Henk Gooijen.
- The "Using DOS/BATCH" script for the PDP-11/20 simulator has been extended
with an example of the use of the DOS/BATCH editor. Thanks Bastiaan!
- Behind the scenes the site now uses versioned files and improved cache settings, so that
changes to the site are immediately visible to all users.
